Children's Mental Health Week, by Mrs Maguire
Date: 1st Feb 2021 @ 12:22pm
This week is Children's Mental Health Week where this year's theme is 'Express Yourself'.
We would like children to spend some time this week expressing themselves in their favourite way - it might be through talents such as singing, dancing, writing or drawing, or by dressing up, pulling a funny face or doing a silly dance.
We would also like parents to send a short video or picture of their children expressing themselves to year6@st-ambrose.manchester.sch.uk so that we can create a video to celebrate this year's Children's Mental Health Week.

Are you Eligible for Free School Meals?
We want to make sure every child that is eligible for Free School Meals has made a claim - especially during these unprecedented Covid-19 times. It is important we have an accurate record in case of any further disruption like we experienced in March to ensure every child eligible receives a meal dueing school closures.
If a claim is made now this will ensure your child will receive a meal in such an event.
To claim takes a few minutes and you normally receive an instant decision. You can find the link to make a claim on the school website on the School Meal page;
To complete an application, you will need to provide:
- Your own name and date of birth
- Contact details
- National Insurance Number or National Asylum Seekers Number
- Child's name and date of birth
- School your child is attending/will attend.
