Manchester Airport
Class: Year 3 Year: 2018-2019
The children had a great time visiting Manchester Airport and Runway Visitor Park as part of their IPC Entry Point for their new topic, Gateways to the World.
In the morning, they looked at the departures and arrivals process at Terminal 2.
After lunch, they visited the flight deck of an aeroplane and were talked through the controls as they sat in the pilots chair!
